Live With Lucas - Thermage On Air!

The link below will take you to a news brodcast on Live With Lucas as Dr. Carter walks through Thermage treatment on air.

Thermage is a safe, clinically proven way to tighten and contour skin, with improvements in tone, contour, and texture occurring naturally through the stimulation of your own collagen. Thermage is completely non-invasive-no surgery, no injections. A single treatment tightens your existing collagen and stimulates new collagen growth. Improvements are both immediately visible and continue up to six months. The results can last for years.

Cosmetic Laser Studio founder and director, Dr. Dee Carter explains, "Thermage is not brand new. The exciting difference is the new treatment algorithms that have been recently developed that are resulting in significantly improved results for patients. The best candidates for Thermage are women in our area who are between a chemical peel and a full-blown face lift. Thermage achieves very good skin tone improvement in a lower cost and less invasive therapy compared to plastic surgery."

The Back Story On MCA

All procedures and medical techniques must begin somewhere. State of the art medicine is innovation at its finest. The same is true with MCA. Also known as Multitrepannic Collagen Actuation is a non-surgical and entirely natural way of getting the body's own cells to regenerate and minimize wrinkles.

A little history lesson...

The first written works were from a Doctor Camairand who discovered that scars of some clients that he had tattooed with pigment were in fact re-pigmenting naturally. He named the process Trepanation. A Doctor Des Dernandes read this article and experienced that abraded scars would plump up. Doctor Kristan Matzek, who is a leading micropigmentation specialist and who is also the Vice-President of the American Academy of Micropigmentation discovered that using dry-needle technique" to scars and wrinkles would give favorable results to minimize these and other problems. It is possible (in some cases) for an experienced practitioner to erase up to 10 years from the aging face of men and women- without surgery or even Botox.
